I Find My Soul in Photography

 Hey guys! Today i wanna share about "I Find My Soul in Photography". How i start my hobby, why i choose photography as my hobby, why i pursue my skill in photography, etc. This is just my reasson why i love photography even tho i'm not a photographer

It happened when i saw my dad always bring camera everywhere not only in special event but also in daily life. And i asked him "daddy why do you always bring your camera everywhere?" And his answer was just amazed me "because you never know when is the best moment gonna happen in your life that will make a memory to your life. So it is important for me to take a picture so i will always see it anytime i want". He has a lot of scrapbooks with lot of pictures from past life. So i can see my grandma, my grandad which i've never seen him in my life, my dad when he was young, my mom and my dad when they were friend at school. It just warm my heart to look back all the pictures from the past.

And the other reasson that makes me in love with photography when i bought a book about woman's power. A lot of women got power in their lives. From clothing line, design, home cooking, and so on. But there was one woman that catched my eyes. She falled in love with photography. She started her journey with an used iphone 4s! She was saving all her money when she was at college until she could buy an used iphone 4s! She did a lot of practices with her phone and posted on instagram. 

I saw her very first picture on instagram and observed her progressed. I observed her tone pictures, saturation, light, and so on. And you know what is magical? I can die in feeling just to see her pictures till now.  Like i can feel how's her feeling or the object's feeling that day.

And then i was looking at her pictures everyday to got some inspiration from her pictures. And i got some pictures! I started to edit the pictures. But, at first it is hard to show the soul of the pictures but i practiced everyday. Little tips from me: i always find the "how it gonna turn out". I always made a concept before edit a picture and then i always sang a song when i edit the picture. When i wanted picture more gloomy i would sang a sad song. If i wanted the picture turned to be romantic, i would sang a love song. 

I started to post my picture on instagram, change my account to be a creator profile and put my email on my bio. BUT, not rare i got scam email. But one time on my life as ambassador of a singapore backpack! I was so happy! And then i tried another site to see how's my progressed in photography. I started to make account on pexel. At first time, it wasn't impressived really! No one saw my pictures but i uploaded everyday. Till one day i got 1k viewers and go up day by day! Till one day i need to stop because my thesis for more than one year i took a break from pexels. Till i got notification from pexel on my email 3 months ago. I checked it and i gainned 185k viewers! I was sooo excited! And started to upload pictures on pexel again but yes, start from zero again but that is ok! ❤️

I just wanna tell you, do something what you wanna do as long as it positive. We never know where live gonna bring us and we don't know where our live gonna end up at. Always find the way at the lower level first, i believe if you are talented in that, you will always make a progress and find your new live as long as practice more and never give up. You can take a break but not Quit.
